Women Development Organization (WDO) is a non-profit organization based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq, committed to advancing women’s empowerment, social development, and equal opportunities. We believe that empowering women is not only essential for individual growth but also a key driver for building stronger families, healthier communities, and sustainable development. Since our establishment, WDO has worked to create meaningful opportunities for women through education, capacity building, leadership development, awareness initiatives, and community engagement. Our programs are designed to support women in developing confidence, gaining practical skills, expanding opportunities, and becoming active contributors to social and economic progress.
